How to Use the Calculator

  1. Select your preferred unit system (Metric or Imperial).
  2. Enter your height and weight in the selected units.
  3. Enter your age in years.
  4. Select your gender.
  5. Select your activity level (excluding exercise).
  6. Choose how often you exercise per week.
  7. (Optional) Enter your body fat percentage if known.
  8. Select your dietary preference.
  9. (Optional) Indicate any health conditions.
  10. Select your fitness goal (Weight Loss, Maintenance, Muscle Gain).
  11. If you selected Weight Loss or Muscle Gain, choose your desired rate per week.
  12. Click "Calculate" to see your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and recommended daily calorie intake.
