Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you have order something but change your mind, we can cancel the order if you write to us within 2 days after purchasing the goods.
  • If you have to cancel the booking please contact us by providing the booking information of the booking as indicated on the website.
  • If you have already paid we honor your cancellation and provide a full refund.
  • We can’t cancel orders that are already shipped but we can accept a return under our return and refund policy.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Policy: Items may be return within 21 days after receipt.
  • Condition of Materials: All materials will be new, as issued and in original packaging.

  • Refund Time: After product is receive and inspect, refund will be issue to the original payment method according to the condition of return product. Refund speeds can range from several hours to several days depending on your bank or payment processor.
